Following your early morning breakfast in your respective lodge, you will set off at about 4:30am and head Northwest to Volcanoes National Park for about 116 kilometers drive. The stunning views of the mountainous Rwanda side will accompany as you drive to the park. The local residents are viewed doing their daily activities on their farmlands and crop gardens. You will arrive at Ruhengeri and Kinigi Park headquarters of Volcanoes National Park to catch up with an early morning briefing on dos and don’ts for gorilla trekking in the forest. There are 10 habituated gorilla groups to be tracked by tourists each day but only one will be assigned to you in a group of eight people per group. There are also spectacular views at the stunning volcanoes as well as birdlife that you will be sighting as you trek mountain gorillas. After, you will return to the starting point where you will drive back to Kigali City reaching in the evening and this marks the end of your one day tour in Rwanda.
